Combining Feng shui and Bazi
If you are still with me by now, and have read the previous sections, you understand that:
• To base an audit on your personal Gua only is not enough
• Approaching a place by sectors only leads to mistakes: you need to use the 24 mountains
• Your Bazi interacts with your whole life
Therefore the logical way to do a Feng Shui consultation is to fully integrate your Bazi into the audit! To my knowledge only the San Yuan school of Feng Shui does it. You might see consultants reading your Bazi on top of the consultation, but what we are talking about here is a different approach.
In San Yuan Feng Shui the point is first to understand your nature, and therefore to understand which “cure” you can take. The second step is to audit your place, and lastly to convert it to support your chart. You easily understand that such a taylor made approach brings much more potent results than the Mc Feng Shui approach which is to boost every sector and hope for the best!
Wait a minute: does that mean you don’t recommend enhancing all the sectors of my home?
Absolutely! This is a gross approach that leads to no results, or to very bad ones.
Let’s assume once again that your chart is a strong Water person. Enhancing the Metal and Water in your house is going to bring stress, money losses, health ailments and struggle because you cannot take more of those Elements!
However converting your house to support your chart by enhancing the Wood and Fire only will bring harmony and boost relationships, wealth and family life in an organic way.
And what if we are five people living under the same roof with all different chart?
Then it is all about finding which common Element you can all use, and fine-tuning each individual space. The first rule, like in medicine, is to not hurt and not to take any chance. This is also the reason why there cannot be any DIY Feng Shui. You see by now that I was not making that up!
